Dear AV Community,
The Parent Teacher Association at Arroyo Vista works together and in partnership with our principal, teachers and community for the benefit of all of our children. Throughout the year, the A.V. PTA sponsors events and programs designed to broaden our children’s educational experience and enrich their lives. Your annual dues (six dollars) help support our events and programs. When you join the AV PTA you automatically become a member of the California State PTA and National PTA.
We encourage you to attend our Association Meetings and to participate in, or help organize, one of our many events and programs. It’s a great way to get to know your fellow parents and your child’s schoolmates. If you’re interested in becoming further involved, we invite you to consider serving on the Executive Board.
Thank you for all you do to help our students and school! Our success depends on your input and enthusiasm. Please feel free to e-mail one of our executive board members or drop a note in the suggestion box (located in the office) with any ideas or comments you may have concerning how we can all work more effectively to help our kids succeed in school and in life! We want to hear from you!
Deb McCurdy
AV PTA President
